Smart Preventative Maintenance

Particularly with databases and other information rich plant level systems, performance over time can degenerate if not properly maintained, which can compromise system performance or even worse cause unexpected system downtime.

As a means to keep your systems and staff “in tune”, Brock provides Smart Preventative Maintenance services. Twice per year, Brock performs an on-site health check and tune up of your database and controls automation systems (PLCs etc.). Some of the on-site activities include:

• Database backup, clean up and restoration for optimal performance
• Health checks of server, workstation, and programmable logic controller (PLC) software systems, including emergency on-site backups
• Resolution of outstanding "nuisance" issues
• Ad-hoc training for operations & maintenance personnel
