Now that regulatory bodies such as the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) are imposing regulations requiring that safety mechanisms be in place with manufacturing equipment, there is a requirement for an automated safety solution.

To address this challenge, Brock provides a Safety PLC solution that provides automated safety logic decisions between redundant input devices and redundant output devices. If any part of the safety system fails (input, output, processor), the Safety PLC automatically goes into a failsafe position.
