Community & Culture

Brock's culture and our exceptional sense of community is a by-product of the many cultures and unique backgrounds that make up our organization. Our people not only bring diverse technical skills to projects, but also diverse life experiences which give us a unique understanding of the perspectives of others that results in a broadened sense of the world around us.

Some of the charities Brocks supports as a company include:

• Local Food Banks - Brock has raised in excess of 32,000lbs of food for the Food Bank of Waterloo Region, and in 2006 received their award for Outstanding Business Donor
• El Salvador School Scholarship Program - Brock has committed to annually provide scholarship support to 10 primary and secondary school students at the Salvador Hidalgo Cornejo School, Guadalupe, San Vicente, El Salvador
• K-W YMCA - Brock has a long history with the KW-YMCA most recently pledging $100,000. to the KW YMCA's Capital Campaign for the membership desk at the new Waterloo facility that is scheduled to be built over the next five years
